Re-Nourish is a half-day in-person retreat created for mothers who missed the support, softness, and spaciousness they truly needed after birth.

Together, in intimate circle of mothers, we’ll return to what was forgotten:
your body, your breath, your story, and your sovereignty.

Matrescence Workshop

In this session we’ll explore:

You’ll gain language, context, and validation for what you've felt but maybe never been able to name.
This is your invitation to reclaim your story, and feel witnessed in the journey.

Postpartum Nutrition Workshop

Many mothers were told to “bounce back” instead of being nourished to rebuild.
In this session we’ll explore:

~ The gaps in postpartum care and what you really needed

~ How your nervous system, digestive system and hormones play a huge part in your health outcome

~ Foundations to healing using food as medicine

~ Clarity around your needs, and gathering your tribe

~ Cultivating self care including a new mindset approach

~ A take home Nourishing recipe guide to get you started


You’ll leave with practical tools and deep validation that your body deserves to be cared for.

Breath Awareness &

Yoga Nidra

In the quiet spaces of your breath lives the chance to reconnect.
Through intention setting and a gentle, guided practice, we’ll support you to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and drop back into presence with yourself.
This is your time to soften the edges, come back home to your body, and finally exhale.


Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditative rest practice that allows you to enter a state of profound restoration and nervous system healing.
You don’t need to move a muscle. Just lie down, receive, and let your entire being be replenished.

A Nourishing Meal & Connection

We believe nourishment is a sensory and spiritual act.
You’ll enjoy a lovingly prepared meal designed to support the postpartum body, no matter how long it’s been.

And because we believe that no one is meant to mother alone, you’ll be surrounded by a small, supportive circle of women who are walking the same sacred path. Through intentional connection, you’ll experience what so many mothers missed: community, sisterhood, and a reminder that you are not alone.

We’ll hold space for conscious connection, reflection, and sharing, so you leave feeling not just fed... but seen, heard, and full.

Postpartum Nurturing

Hi, I’m Tara and I work with breastfeeding mums who feel drained and are giving so much to their family, putting their own nourishment last. 

I acknowledge that most mothers do not receive the necessary care and nutrition post birth to support a full recovery and have the energy to be the mum they'd love to be. 

Being a mum of 5 myself and from my own journey, I know it's never too late to heal and reclaim your health. 

I help mums regain energy, feel confident with breastfeeding and in themselves and be deeply nourished in the early years postpartum with a proven nutrition plan specific for post birth.

Hey there! I'm Grace, a devoted Mumma, and the heart behind The Blossoming Collective.

Motherhood is deeply transformative, yet it can feel overwhelming and isolating. I know this because I’ve been there. Navigating Matrescence led me on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and breathwork— a practice that profoundly changed my life.

Now, my mission is to guide mothers on the path of inner becoming by supporting them to reconnect, realign, and blossom through breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, and energetics.
