About Grace

Mother ~ Breathworker ~ Matrescence & Intuitive Guide

The woman behind The Blossoming Collective

Hi, I’m Grace... a mum, breathwork facilitator, matrescence guide, and the heart behind The Blossoming Collective.

My journey into this work began the way many mothers’ journeys do… in the space between who I was before motherhood and who I was becoming within it.

After the birth of my daughter, especially following my C-section, I felt deeply disconnected from my body and from myself. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and lost in an identity I didn’t yet understand. I carried birth trauma without having words for it.

Movement felt unsafe. My nervous system was constantly on edge.

And like so many mums, I quietly wondered:

Why does this feel so hard?

Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?

What’s wrong with me?

What I later learned changed everything.

There was nothing wrong with me... I was moving through Matrescence, the profound identity shift of becoming a mother that so many women experience but are never taught about.

As I began studying the nervous system, breathwork, and matrescence education, I slowly reconnected with my body, learned how to regulate my emotions, and started remembering the woman still alive beneath the role of “mum.”

At the same time, I became a single mother, and that experience deepened my resolve even further.

I was raising a daughter who would one day model what she learned from me.

And I knew I didn’t want to teach her self-abandonment...

I intended (and do my best every day) to show her what it looks like to come home to yourself.

That was the seed of The Blossoming Collective.

My approach

Today, I blend breathwork, nervous system support, matrescence education, somatic practices to guide mothers back to themselves... not to fix them, but to help them reconnect with their own inner wisdom and capacity.

I don’t heal you.

I walk beside you while you heal yourself.

My work is gentle, grounded, and nervous-system informed. I don't push for breakthroughs or cathartic releases. Instead, I create space for mothers to reconnect at their own pace, building capacity to navigate motherhood with more ease, presence, and self-trust.

My work is about:

• Reconnecting you with your body and breath

• Regulating your nervous system

• Supporting the identity shifts of matrescence

• Rebuilding self-trust and confidence

• Helping you feel steady, resourced, and like yourself again

I guide mothers through The Blossoming Path... a framework that honours the natural cycles of awareness, healing, expansion, and integration. Whether you work with me through breathwork, mentoring, or workshops, you'll always be met with compassion, patience, and support.

What I Believe

  • Motherhood is a transformation, not something to 'get through'
  • You don't need to fall apart to heal... you need support to come back together
  • The breath is a portal back to yourself
  • Nervous system regulation is the foundation for everything else
  • No mother deserves to feel disconnected from her body, lost within her identity, or alone in her transformation
  • When a mother comes home to herself, she changes everything

My Mission

To transform the way we experience motherhood...

From a journey of self-sacrifice into one of self-reconnection and empowerment.

I believe that through breath, nervous system support, and matrescence education, mothers can soften back into themselves, restore trust in their intuition, and navigate motherhood as whole women... not half versions of who they are.

Because when a mother comes home to herself...

she changes everything!

Beyond the titles

I’m also a mother walking this path beside you... not as someone with all the answers, but as someone who believes that every woman’s journey is sacred.

You don’t need to fix yourself. You’re not behind. You’re simply remembering.

When we honour that truth, everything begins to shift, our energy, our relationships, our sense of purpose, and the way we mother.

When you blossom, everything around you begins to flourish.
