Article 1: Scope of Application

These terms apply to all purchases made through The Blossoming Collective via our secure checkout system hosted on Systeme.io. Any individual who completes an order is considered a client and accepts these terms in full.

Article 1a: Age Limit

To join our programs or purchase products, you must be 18 years of age or older. While our content is not inappropriate for younger audiences, it is designed for adult women navigating the identity shift of motherhood. Anyone under this age will be refunded and access to any materials will be revoked.

Article 2: Order Confirmation

By placing an order through The Blossoming Collective, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Orders are confirmed via email and access is delivered digitally.

Article 3: Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect an already completed order. Your investment reflects the pricing at the time of purchase.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via Systeme.io’s secure Stripe payment integration. Payments are processed through encrypted technology. Payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) is accepted. American Express may not be supported.

Article 5: Delivery

This is a digital offering. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials and a confirmation email with all necessary information. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

Article 6: Refund Policy

Due to the digital and energetic nature of this experience, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted. Please purchase mindfully and reach out with any questions before enrolling.
