Each Rebirthing Breathwork session is a self-directed journey, supported by my gentle guidance and intuitive facilitation. Together, we create a safe, nurturing space for you to reconnect with your body, release what no longer serves you, and come home to yourself.

1:1 mentoring focuses on exploring your beliefs, identity, and life transitions - helping you gain clarity, reconnect with your inner guidance, and navigate the changes of motherhood or life shifts.
Breathwork is a gentle, self-led body and breath practice where we set intentions for how you’d like to feel or show up in your life. Using the breath, we release tension and emotions held in the body, restore energetic flow, and support deep alignment.
Many clients combine both for a holistic, transformative experience.
Absolutely! Group sessions are supportive, nurturing, and designed to be accessible for everyone, offering community, guidance, and shared learning.
It depends on the session you choose, however most 1:1 mentoring sessions, go for about 60–90 minutes. Breathwork varies depending on the session time you choose as well (45, 60 or 90 minute breathes) and total time can be from 1.5 - 3 hours.

Sessions can be in-person (where possible) I am currently Sunshine Coast, Australia based. Otherwise they will be online via Zoom, or a combination depending on your needs.
Yes! Many clients integrate 1:1 mentoring, breathwork, and group programs for a fully supportive journey.
Life happens, I get it and I’ll always try to accommodate changes when possible. I do ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice please and thank you.
